Can I store my files with you?Yes, we can store files temporarily.

Do you offer shipping?Yes we do offer shipping upon request. All packages come with insurance in case of loss, theft, or damage. Shipping costs are added on the invoice.

What forms of payment are accepted?We accept payments via check, wire transfer, and zelle.

Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?We do not have a minimum quantity on the pieces our clients need. Even if it is only one piece we will cast it. However, we do have a minimum that needs to be met for the each flask/casting tree. For example, if we only get one or two pieces that need to be cast in 10K Yellow, we will wait a couple more days until we receive more of them.

Are my files shared with anyone?No, your files are protected and are not shared with anyone for any reason.

Do you offer credit? If not when is payment due?To be considered for credit, please fill out the form on our website. We will review it once it is filled and make a decision. Even with credit, account balances must be fully closed within 7 days of the invoice date. If you do not need or do not qualify for credit, payment is due in full at pick-up, and/or before we ship your items should you need shipping.

Can you provide fully finished jobs from start to finish?Yes we do offer finished jobs. Contact us for more information.

What steps do you take to keep files confidential?All files are placed in password protected folders; emails are cleared at the end of every day; and files deleted at the request of the owner. We also recommend that our clients use applications that only provide access to file(s) for a limited amount of time, after which access expires.

How long will it take to print and cast my file(s)?Turnaround time for printing and casting is 1-3 business days.
